Totai Fujikawa Plant

The Fujikawa Plant has acquired the international standard "FSSC 22000" (FSSC = Food Safety System Certification).
In addition, the plant is certified based on voluntary hygiene management standards set by the JFPHA (Japan Flexible Packaging Hygiene Association) and continues to maintain the voluntary hygiene management standards for manufacturing and processing of flexible packaging materials.

Fuji Plastics

Obtained FSSC 22000 and ISO9001 certifications.

Totai Packaging (Suzhou)

Totai Packaging Suzhou attained the international standard certifications, "FSSC 22000", "ISO9001", "ISO14001", "ISO45001", "ISO50001" and "ISO14064".
In addition, the plant has acquired the "Green Factory Certification" of Jiangsu Province.

Quality Inspection Equipment

■　To ensure a high degree of quality assurance, all processing equipment including printing, laminating, and rewinding inspection machines are equipped with “defect detectors”.

■ In addition to a quality inspection department, each plant incorporates a shipping management system as another layer of quality assurance to ship only those products which have passed the quality standards.

■　Independent from the factory Quality Inspection Departments, Totai’s head office is also equipped with precision analytical instruments where detailed analysis of all samples are conducted by well-trained technicians.
